These terms apply to every order you place with Perth Studio. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you accept them.

1. About us

2. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. Where anything below appears to limit our liability, it applies only to the extent the law allows.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is out of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, or we cannot deliver to your address — we will tell you and refund you in full.

We may cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Payment is taken at checkout. Discount codes are one use per customer unless stated otherwise and cannot be combined with other codes.

We try to keep prices accurate. If a price is clearly wrong and you have already ordered, we will contact you before shipping and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Delivery

Shipping is free Australia-wide. Our average delivery time is 7 to 10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. If a parcel is delayed we will help you chase it with the carrier.

Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us. Please check your address carefully — parcels returned because of an incorrect address can be resent at your cost.

6. Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return an order because you changed your mind, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we pay the return postage and you can choose a replacement or a refund. Full details are in our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Product information and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different between screens, and measurements can vary slightly between items because of how they are made. Sizes are listed in EU sizing on each product page.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this website — text, images, logos, designs and graphics — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use this website to break the law, to interfere with how it works, or to gain access to parts of it you are not meant to reach.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 2, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not affect any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which applies to your purchase regardless.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
