Shipping Policy

Perth Studio aims to get your order to you quickly, safely and reliably. We offer free insured shipping on every order and work only with selected carriers so your parcel is properly tracked from our end to your door.

Delivery times

Our average delivery time is 7 to 10 business days. Delivery can vary depending on your location and product availability. If there's a delay because of peak periods or logistics, we'll let you know by email as soon as we can.

Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped with Australia Post. You'll receive tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Shipping address

Orders are sent to the address entered at checkout. Please check your details carefully before confirming — it saves delays and lost parcels. If you spot a mistake in your address, email us straight away at hello@perth-studio.com.

Orders with an incorrect address

Once an order has shipped, the delivery address can no longer be changed. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be resent at the customer's cost. Perth Studio isn't responsible for loss or extra costs caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Uncollected orders

If a parcel isn't collected within the carrier's holding period — usually 5 to 7 days — it's returned to us. In that case the parcel can be resent at the customer's cost.

Free shipping

Shipping is free Australia-wide, with no minimum order value.
