Returns and Refunds

At Perth Studio we want you to be happy with what arrives. Sometimes a piece isn't quite what you hoped for, and that's fine — here's how it works.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it's meant to, you're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You can also ask for a repair or replacement if the failure is minor.

If something is wrong with your order, we pay the return shipping. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Wrong size? Keep it.

If the size isn't right, you don't have to send anything back. Email us, keep the pair you have, and we'll send the correct size for A$9.95 — that covers postage on the replacement, nothing more.

No return label, no post office queue, no waiting for us to receive something before we ship. Just tell us which size you need.

Changed your mind

On top of your legal rights, you have 30 days from delivery to return an order simply because it isn't for you. For change-of-mind returns:

the item must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
it must come back in its original packaging with tags attached
return postage is at your cost (for a size swap, see above — you keep the pair)

How to start a return

Email hello@perth-studio.com with:

your order number
your full name and email address
what you'd like — exchange or refund
a photo, if something is damaged or not as described

We'll reply with the return address and everything you need. Please use a tracked service and send us the tracking number — without it we can't confirm your parcel arrived.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method. For a faulty item, we refund the return postage as well.

Sizing

Our sizes are listed in EU sizing on each product page. If you're between two sizes, take the larger one. If a size doesn't work out, that's a change-of-mind return and you're covered by the 30 days above.

Where we ship from

Our products ship directly from our international fulfilment centre, which lets us carry a wider range and keep prices down. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
