We use Shopify to power the Services.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and who we share it with. If there is any conflict between our Terms of Service and this policy, this policy applies to anything about personal information.

What we collect

  • Contact and order details — your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number and what you ordered.
  • Payment information — handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Usage information — how you found us, which pages you viewed, your device and browser, and your approximate location from your IP address.
  • Anything you send us — the content of emails and messages you send to customer service.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, to answer your questions, to prevent fraud, to meet our legal obligations, to improve the store, and — where you have opted in — to send you marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with providers who need it to do their job for us:

  • Payment providers — to take payment and detect fraud
  • Carriers and our fulfilment partner — to pick, pack and deliver your order
  • Klaviyo — order and marketing email
  • Meta and other advertising platforms — measurement and advertising, where you have consented
  • Microsoft Clarity — anonymous analysis of how the site is used

We do not sell your personal information.

We are based in the United Kingdom and our providers are located in the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States. That means your personal information is disclosed to recipients outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure those recipients handle it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Our Services are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
