If something arrived faulty, damaged or not as described, add a photo — that usually saves a round of questions, and in that case we pay the return postage.

You have 30 days from delivery. For change-of-mind returns the item needs to be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. The full details are in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
